What you'll do
- Administer the nursing program in a long-term care facility.
- Facilitate the optimization of the geriatric care process.
- Responsible for the overall quality of care provided by nursing personnel.
- Advise medical staff, department heads, and administrators.
- Monitor operations of nursing staff and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Schedule staff and conduct performance reviews.
- Provide nursing care to residents as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing activities.

- Education
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
