What you'll do
- Perform repair, refurbishment, and upgrades of electronic and electro-mechanical devices.
- Troubleshoot and analyze customer device returns to identify root causes.
- Document repair activities and complaint investigations.
- Assist with out-of-box failure analysis.
- Support training of new team members.
