What you'll do

• Conduct needs assessments using performance and financial data
• develop operational review plans and recommendations
• coordinate stakeholder meetings and action items
• prepare performance review reports and implementation plans
• route and draft correspondence
• track service-level agreements and performance metrics
• support quality assurance, regulatory and IT system implementation, website updates, application reviews, standard operating procedures, and KPI dashboards.
