Through analysis, coaching, and cross-functional influence, the role aims to improve efficiency, quality, consistency, and customer experience.

What you'll do

• Identify improvement opportunities
• lead Kaizen events and problem-solving sessions
• develop standardized processes and operating mechanisms
• apply Lean and continuous-improvement tools
• establish KPIs and dashboards
• lead Lean Sigma adoption and change management
• partner with leaders
• analyze workflows and operational data
• recommend improvements and support AI-driven process automation.
