What you'll do

• Manage multiple projects according to contract specifications, company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
• create and execute operational plans covering permitting, procurement, labor, subcontractors, quality control, safety analysis, and scheduling
• manage expenses within KPI targets or project budgets
• communicate with customers, field teams, subcontractors, and internal teams
• assist with acquiring, onboarding, and managing subcontractors
• collaborate with sales and estimating on new contracts and projects
• maintain consistency among the division, repair teams, subcontractors, and customers.
