Insurance Billing Representative

What you'll do

• Submit claims electronically or on paper
• identify claims requiring auditor or coder corrections
• review and resubmit rejected claims
• manage denied claims and related work queues
• document rejections and follow-up activity
• make account adjustments or write-offs according to policy
• communicate with health centers and vendors
• request medical records as needed
• maintain confidentiality and follow applicable regulations.
