What you'll do

• Lead the Program Team and develop strategy, goals, milestones, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation
• enable governance decisions and resolve issues
• align cross-functional execution across Nonclinical, CMC, Quality, Regulatory, and Development
• provide program updates and escalate issues to senior management
• pressure-test timelines and critical paths
• lead ad hoc task forces
• develop scenarios and own program-level budget and resource planning.
