What you'll do

• Prepare units for move-ins with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting repairs
• complete work orders within 24 hours as directed
• report emergency work orders promptly
• maintain property safety and report hazards
• perform grounds pickup, sweeping, and light landscaping
• handle 24-hour emergency maintenance and on-call responsibilities.
