What you'll do

• Prepare and bake loaves, cookies, bars, and seasonal specialties
• follow recipes and production schedules
• maintain product quality, portioning, appearance, and flavor
• monitor and rotate inventory
• minimize waste
• maintain a clean workstation and equipment
• communicate production needs and inventory concerns to the Kitchen Manager
• collaborate with BOH and FOH teams.
