What you'll do

• Prepare buffet, carving, and display-cooking products according to recipes and procedures
• grill items to standards and keep fried products fresh and hot
• restock display items or assist guests with carved meat when needed
• maintain product temperatures and inventory
• complete opening and closing procedures
• clean cooking areas and equipment
• follow health department requirements and sanitation standards.
