The Forklift Driver is an onsite, full-time role based in Joyce, LA. Compensation is not specified for this position, which supports the production team at West Fraser. This role exists to safely operate industrial equipment to move, stack, and organize lumber products throughout the facility. The driver ensures efficient material flow between production areas, performs equipment inspections, and maintains a clean and organized work environment.

What you'll do

• Driving a diesel-powered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices such as forklift to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials.
• Separate and re-inject lumber that has fallen from packs.
• Grease kiln trucks and fan shaft bearings.
• Breakdown dry lumber on the kiln trucks and stack in designated areas.
• Perform daily inspections of lift trucks and complete required forms.
