Cafe Development and Construction Project Manager

The Cafe Development and Construction Project Manager role is onsite in Seattle, WA; compensation is $100,000–$115,000 per year. Paris Baguette’s mission is to bring expertly crafted baked and brewed goods through a welcoming bakery café experience that delivers joy. The role manages café development projects from early design through construction and opening, coordinating franchisees, vendors, and internal teams. It helps keep projects aligned with approved budgets, schedules, and brand standards and supports operational readiness for new, relocated, and remodeled cafés.

What you'll do

• Manage development projects from test-fit and design through permitting, construction, completion, and opening
• coordinate contractors, vendors, franchisees, and internal departments
• develop and manage scopes, budgets, estimates, schedules, and risk plans
• monitor progress and address delays or risks
• coordinate opening readiness and post-opening follow-up
• provide status updates and recommendations for process improvements.
