The Life Enrichment Assistant role is onsite in Zionsville, IN, with a schedule of Tuesday–Friday, 1–5 p.m., and Saturday, 9:45 a.m.–2 p.m. Pay is $15 per hour. The position supports the Life Enrichment department at Independence Village Zionsville West. The role helps plan and carry out activities that support residents’ social welfare and interests. It also contributes to resident safety and community engagement by assisting with activity logistics, administrative tasks, and outings.

What you'll do

• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with planning, communication, and execution of activities and life skills
• support the Director and Lead with administrative tasks
• maintain resident safety
• set up, clean up, and maintain activity areas and community spaces
• support transportation by attending outings, coordinating related administrative tasks, and following safety practices.
