What you'll do

• Manage field operations, budgets, and job costing
• serve as the primary contact for site superintendents
• communicate company objectives to superintendents and crews
• coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower across job sites
• supervise workforce needs and equipment utilization
• identify operational improvements and resolve challenges
• support foreman meetings and mentor future field leaders
• partner with the Safety department on safe practices, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
