The Caregiver role is onsite in Stoughton, WI, with part-time NOC hours from 11 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.; PRN is also available. Pay is $17.75–$20.60 per hour. Dimensions Living Stoughton provides care and support to residents in its senior living community. This role supports residents’ daily needs, safety, dignity, and engagement. The caregiver assists with activities of daily living, meals and routines, responds to call lights, observes and reports changes, and works with nursing, dining, and life enrichment staff.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meals, recreation, and daily routines
• respond to resident needs and call lights
• assist with transfers and positioning
• perform light housekeeping
• monitor and report health or behavior changes
• build supportive relationships with residents and families
• encourage social and wellness activities
• coordinate care with nurses, dining, and life enrichment staff
• attend team meetings and training.
