The role implements individualized care plans, administers medications and treatments, monitors resident conditions, documents care, and coordinates with the interdisciplinary team while following safety, infection-control, and nursing standards.

What you'll do

• Provide resident care according to nursing standards, physician treatment plans, and written care plans
• implement Nurse Manager care plans
• administer medications and treatments
• assess and monitor residents and report changes
• maintain accurate documentation
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• follow infection-control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Why this role

Full-time hours are 7 a.m.–3 p.m.; PRN shifts listed are 7 a.m.–3 p.m., 3 p.m.–11 p.m., and 11 p.m.–7 a.m. An active, unencumbered Massachusetts RN license and valid BLS certification are required.
