The Senior Manager, Supply Planning & Inventory Control role is onsite in Irvine, CA. Compensation is $140,000–$155,000 per year. The position reports to the Director of S&OP and owns end-to-end supply planning for Revelyst’s Adventure Sports brands: CamelBak, Fox, Bell, and Giro. The manager leads supply planning and inventory control across assigned brands, aligning constrained supply plans, seasonal buys, and inventory positions with demand and financial targets. The role guides a planning team and provides leadership with clear supply risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.

What you'll do

• Own the rolling 18-month constrained supply plan
• lead monthly buy approvals
• validate inventory rolls and beginning-of-season projections
• approve buy files and consolidations
• set MOQ strategy and planning parameters
• analyze vendor capacity and allocation constraints
• report inventory health and lead excess-and-obsolete reduction
• approve inventory transfers
• resolve supply gaps and purchase-order issues
• track vendor OTIF
• manage and develop planners
• lead supply meetings and S&OP reviews
• partner with Finance
• support product introductions and end-of-life transitions
• use AI tools for recurring analysis and reporting.
