The Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is an onsite, part-time position in Garner, NC, at a center-based ABA therapy program. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. Triangle ABA is a clinician-owned provider of applied behavior analysis services for children with autism and their families across North Carolina. The technician provides one-to-one therapy under treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA. The role teaches functional skills, records session data and notes, supports continuity of care, and communicates professionally with clients, families, and team members while following HIPAA and ethical standards.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one center-based ABA therapy following BCBA-designed treatment and behavior intervention plans
• use evidence-based strategies to teach functional skills and reduce maladaptive behaviors
• collect and record session data
• complete session notes and convert appointments by the end of each session
• maintain punctual attendance and availability for reassignment as needed
• communicate with clients, families, and team members
• refer clinical questions to the BCBA and uphold HIPAA and ethical standards.
