What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• check in clients and manage bookings
• answer calls, texts, and emails
• assist with onboarding, waivers, and intake forms
• support lead follow-up and membership questions
• maintain the lobby and front desk
• assist coaches with EMS session setup, suit preparation, and transitions
• help members with session preparation and basic instructions
• follow safety protocols
• reset suites and maintain equipment
• complete cleaning, laundry, and equipment-preparation tasks
• support promotions and in-studio events.
