Job overview
The Registered Nurse role is an onsite, full-time position in Turlock, CA, paying $40–$42.01 per hour. The nurse supports patient care at Main West PostAcute Care, a skilled nursing provider. The nurse assesses patient needs, develops and carries out care plans, documents clinical status, and coordinates with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. The role also supervises care provided by Licensed Vocational Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants to support safe, coordinated resident care.
What you'll do
- Plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
- develop care plans with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff
- communicate clinical changes
- document assessments and care
- administer IV medications and treatments
- collaborate with facility team members
- and supervise care provided by LVNs and CNAs. AM, PM, and NOC shifts or rotations are available.
