The PM Medication Passer position is onsite in Green Bay, WI, and pays $18–$21 per hour. The part-time schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM. The role supports residents in Dimensions Living Green Bay’s senior living community. The caregiver provides daily living assistance, responds to resident needs, and supports a safe and engaging environment. Working with nursing, dining, and life enrichment staff, the role contributes to residents’ comfort, dignity, and well-being.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meals, recreation, and daily routines
• respond to resident needs and call lights
• assist with transfers and positioning using safe techniques
• perform light housekeeping
• monitor and report changes in health or behavior
• build supportive relationships with residents and families
• encourage participation in social and wellness activities
• collaborate with nurses, dining, and life enrichment staff
• attend team meetings and training.
