What you'll do

• Source and maintain supplier relationships
• create, manage, and track purchase orders for outside services
• evaluate supplier quotes and lead times
• negotiate pricing and monitor supplier performance
• coordinate logistics and documentation with shipping and receiving
• review shortage reports
• resolve invoice, delivery, and documentation discrepancies
• source pricing for estimating
• maintain purchasing data in the MRP/ERP system
• follow safety and compliance policies.
