What you'll do

• Communicate with assigned clients about new business setup, applications, renewals, and marketing
• work with brokers to support client service
• maintain accurate client data
• process quotes, policy changes, endorsements, proposals, coverage binding, certificates, invoices, premium financing, and final audits
• resolve billing issues, process cancellations, escalate client concerns, and maintain required continuing education.
