Diabetes Educator RN PRN

Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of nursing care standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating patients and families on managing their illness, including medication administration. Develops and implements individual plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
