The CNC Milling Programmer-Operator — Rotating Shifts role is onsite in Baton Rouge, LA, with pay of $20–$35 per hour. The role programs, sets up, and operates CNC mills to produce parts that meet quality requirements. The operator interprets prints and 3D models, validates programs and setups, and records inspections while alternating between two-week day and night schedules.

What you'll do

• Read and interpret prints and 3D models
• program, set up, and operate CNC mills
• maintain quality standards
• use secure workholding and efficient setup practices
• apply G-code and M-code knowledge
• validate programs and setups
• measure, document, and record in-process and final inspections
• troubleshoot equipment and processes
• operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, and CAM software.
