The attorney advises startups, emerging growth companies, and venture capital investors through company formation, financing, governance, and strategic transactions. The role supports clients across the business lifecycle through practical legal counsel and transaction work.

What you'll do

• Advise emerging growth companies from formation through exit
• represent startups and venture capital investors in seed, Series A, and later-stage financings
• draft, review, and negotiate financing documents, including NVCA documentation
• advise on governance, capitalization, equity compensation, and commercial growth
• support domestic mergers and acquisitions involving startups and venture-backed businesses
• collaborate across practice groups
• build client relationships and manage multiple transactions.
