What you'll do

• Lead and develop two help desk technicians
• set support queue standards and serve as senior escalation point
• manage user onboarding, role changes, offboarding, accounts, permissions, email, and collaboration tools
• configure and maintain network equipment and connectivity
• support VPN and remote access
• lead network buildouts
• administer phone systems
• manage workstation deployment, patching, inventory, and procurement
• oversee vendors, IT spending, backup, continuity, disaster recovery, endpoint security, and documentation.
