What you'll do

• Greet guests and escort them to and from treatment rooms
• prepare rooms to client specifications and property standards
• perform preparation work and clean and restock rooms
• ensure guest comfort and safety during treatments
• maintain professional ethics and personalized service
• keep supplies available and spa areas clean
• follow sanitation and sterilization requirements
• communicate guest or staff incidents to management
• promote spa services and offerings
• attend and support training and staff meetings.
