What you'll do

• Respond to inquiries from applicants, residents, landlords, and community organizations
• coordinate leasing procedures and application processing
• monitor waiting lists
• show units and interview prospective residents
• receive applications and verify eligibility information
• explain eligibility decisions and next steps
• prepare leases and move-in packets
• maintain accurate records and files
• track leasing data and prepare status reports.
