What you'll do

• Generate and follow up on cold and warm leads
• prospect through calling, networking, referrals, and other sales efforts
• conduct property and site visits and take measurements
• prepare residential and commercial construction estimates and proposals
• present proposals, explain scope, address questions, and close projects
• maintain lead, appointment, proposal, follow-up, and sales records
• coordinate project details with office and construction teams
• meet expectations for appointments, proposals, sales, close rate, and profitability.
