The lead assists the Snow Sport School Director and Assistant by supporting instructors, students, and class scheduling and bookings. The role helps deliver safe, organized ski and snowboard lessons for guests of varied ages and abilities.

What you'll do

• Assist with scheduling and booking students
• supervise instructors, classes, private lessons, and participating guests when the Director or Assistant is unavailable
• instruct assigned skiing or snowboarding levels
• assist guests with chairlift loading and unloading
• supervise children during classes and help with lunch, snacks, and guardian handoff
• and support program registration and teaching-area upkeep.
