What you'll do

• Welcome and assist patients during dental visits
• schedule, confirm, and prepare appointments
• maintain patient records in OpenEMR
• verify insurance and collect payments
• provide Good Faith Estimates and explain financial responsibilities
• answer calls and patient inquiries
• coordinate with dental providers and clinical staff
• support front-office operations and patient experience.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of dental front-office experience, dental scheduling and insurance verification knowledge, and EMR experience. Bilingual English and Spanish, OpenEMR experience, and patient financial counseling knowledge are preferred.
