What you'll do

• Complete prep-list tasks
• follow established recipes, portions, and methods
• label and stock ingredients
• wash, chop, and sort produce and meats
• check dates and rotate stock
• coordinate ingredient inventory and resupply with kitchen and management staff
• maintain a safe, sanitary, organized workspace
• report damaged equipment.
