What you'll do

• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance
• diagnose problems and make repairs under established policies and safety standards
• track maintenance materials and notify the supervisor of reorder needs
• perform general facilities maintenance
• support positive resident relations
• inspect and maintain common areas
• follow preventive maintenance schedules
• participate in after-hours emergency coverage and on-call rotation.
