Infrastructure Engineer — First Shift

The Infrastructure Engineer role is onsite at McConnell AFB, KS, supporting infrastructure on first shift. Compensation is $85,000–$95,000 per year. CDO Technologies delivers solutions for commercial and federal-sector business problems, including IT services. The engineer manages enterprise infrastructure technologies and resolves assigned ITIL incidents to support reliable network operations. The work includes troubleshooting, configuring, documenting, and coordinating with customers across enterprise routing, switching, and related network services.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, configure, document, and coordinate with customers on infrastructure issues
• create and resolve ITIL incidents under established guidelines
• support Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching, VLANs, router and switch operating systems and firmware, DNS, DHCP, physical and virtual networks, QoS, Cisco Nexus data center technology, VPN hardware, MPLS networks, and DISA STIG implementation
• support enterprise routing across multiple data centers.
