What you'll do

• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
• prepare estimates, proposals, and project budgets
• build relationships with general contractors, vendors, suppliers, and customers
• identify bid opportunities
• complete pre-construction documentation
• maintain bid logs and estimating databases
• obtain material pricing
• communicate with project stakeholders
• and assist with project handoff after award.
