• Lead Patient Observation services, including supervisors, finances, client relations, patient and customer satisfaction, program quality, performance improvement, and personnel performance and productivity. Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and supervise department activities
• develop and recommend the operating budget
• maintain financial data, records, and statistics
• coordinate transportation activities with hospital departments
• establish standards, workflows, policies, and procedures
• ensure regulatory compliance
• and use related software.
