Staff Accountant

Job overview

The Staff Accountant role follows a hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in the office in Ontario, CA; the starting salary range is $70,305–$77,600 per year. What you'll do

• Prepare journal entries and reconcile balance-sheet accounts
• prepare expense allocations and validations
• reconcile bank and credit-card accounts
• support accounts receivable and provide backup for accounts payable and leases
• analyze financial data and prepare reports using Excel, D365, and Power BI
• support expense-policy and system questions.
