What you'll do

• Develop recurring revenue cycle reports
• troubleshoot Salesforce Workbench reports and train staff on reporting
• analyze accounts receivable and reimbursement trends
• identify payment discrepancies and recommend follow-up actions
• work with payors, follow-up personnel, and Legal on payment issues
• monitor insurance cash collection practices
• provide reimbursement-related quality assurance analysis
• present findings and action plans to leadership
• support revenue cycle meetings and projects.
