What you'll do

• Perform residential repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, appliances, doors, locks, and carpentry
• diagnose issues and complete work orders
• handle qualified HVAC service and seasonal maintenance
• complete unit turns, inspections, and punch lists
• document property needs, photos, and materials
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• maintain work order notes and provide progress updates.
