HVAC Service Technician – 2nd Shift

The HVAC Service Technician – 2nd Shift role is onsite in Danvers, MA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Pay is $38–$50 per hour depending on experience. Townsend Energy provides residential and light commercial heating and cooling services and emphasizes customer service. The technician maintains and repairs HVAC equipment and systems, diagnosing issues and restoring service for customers. The work includes servicing air conditioning and heating systems, educating homeowners, and documenting or seeking technical support as needed.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• work with oil, propane, natural gas, and electric systems, including heat pumps, ductless systems, and boilers
• provide customer service
• consult with and educate homeowners
• contact technical support with diagnostic questions
• use a tablet daily.
