The TADs Coordinator role is onsite at AWCT’s Chicago NS location, working Sunday–Wednesday, 5:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. The general pay range is $24 per hour. The coordinator supports rail load-building operations and works with Norfolk Southern and AWCT teams. The role maintains accurate railcar inventory and coordinates railcar activity, documentation, and facility paper flow. This operational support helps keep rail movements and related records organized and minimizes disruptions during the shift.

What you'll do

• Maintain railcar inventory data in Norfolk Southern’s system
• coordinate and communicate railcar arrivals, departures, availability, and status with AWCT and railroad personnel
• verify and document way billing
• identify and resolve operational issues
• complete daily, weekly, and monthly records and reports
• answer facility calls and provide administrative and operational support as directed.
