Veterinary Practice Manager

The manager will lead the reopening of GoodNeighbor Vista Boulevard Animal Hospital and help shape its team, culture, and operations. The role exists to prepare the hospital for reopening and establish effective staffing, workflows, and operational standards. What you'll do

• Partner with leadership and the Medical Director on reopening preparations
• recruit, hire, and onboard veterinary support staff
• coach and hold the team accountable
• oversee daily operations, scheduling, and staffing
• monitor performance metrics
• manage budgets, expenses, inventory, and supply ordering
• support client concerns and promote quality patient care.
