Senior Trust and Estate Paralegal / Director of Client Services

The Senior Trust and Estate Paralegal / Director of Client Services is a full-time, in-office role in Miami, FL. Compensation is $80,000–$120,000 per year, including a base salary and performance-based quarterly bonuses tied to established KPIs. The role supports the firm’s Estate Planning Department, which includes two attorneys and four paralegals, helping clients protect family wealth and plan legacies.

What you'll do

• Conduct initial estate-planning consultations
• understand client goals and recommend appropriate planning solutions
• explain the value of estate planning and address questions about fees, timing, complexity, and family dynamics
• follow up with prospective clients when appropriate
• provide substantive knowledge of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance medical directives, deeds, and related documents
• conduct review and signing appointments when needed
• participate in seminars, webinars, and community presentations
• represent the firm at selected events and develop referral relationships
• assist the Probate Department as needed.
