Transportation Supervisor

This role oversees drivers and daily transportation operations, helping ensure safe, reliable service through staff guidance, route and schedule coordination, vehicle and equipment oversight, and occasional participant transportation.

What you'll do

• Supervise and train at least three direct reports
• plan and assign work, manage personnel and route substitutions, and communicate schedule changes. Enforce safety requirements, inspect vehicles and equipment, coordinate driver duties and maintenance, and provide relief driving as needed. Occasionally transport participants to centers and appointments
• travel between local worksites and to off-site locations, including overnight out-of-state travel.

Why this role
