What you'll do

• Oversee daily YMCA operations, including membership engagement and retention, aquatic and sports programming, youth and family programs, and teen programming
• develop and monitor budgets
• lead the annual giving campaign
• develop staff, volunteers, and board members
• build community partnerships
• oversee facility and equipment stewardship
• ensure program operations follow association procedures.
