What you'll do

• Answer investor and financial advisor inquiries by phone
• discuss investment options, market performance, account information, and 529 rules
• process contributions, withdrawals, and investment changes accurately
• assist with account information, verification, tax coding, account creation and changes, rollovers, and mailings
• help callers navigate online access and troubleshoot website issues
• research and resolve client issues
• follow up on incomplete paperwork
• identify account risks and take steps to protect accounts
• follow bank policies, laws, regulations, and compliance controls.
