What you'll do

• Prepare hot and cold menu items, including grill, sauté station, salad bar, and service line work. Follow standardized recipes for preparation, portioning, taste, and presentation
• check food quality and palatability. Maintain clean and organized preparation and service areas, follow food safety and handling guidelines, maintain temperature logs, and oversee food storage and date maintenance. Collaborate with the culinary team on residents’ dining experience.
