HVAC Installation Coordinator

Job overview

The HVAC Installation Coordinator role is onsite in Wakefield, MA, and pays $23–$27 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Cooling Unlimited serves homeowners throughout Middlesex County and is expanding its residential installation team. The role keeps residential HVAC installation projects organized and moving by coordinating schedules, paperwork, permits, inspections, subcontractors, customers, and information between office and field teams.

What you'll do

• Maintain daily installation schedules
• prepare job folders and paperwork
• coordinate permits, inspections, subcontractors, and outside resources
• communicate schedules and changes to customers
• coordinate information between office and field teams
• follow up with homeowners after sales and installations
• track project details and outstanding items
• work with the Installation Manager.
