What you'll do

• Work with the manager on budgets and plans
• control tools and supply inventory
• oversee mechanical, utility, storage, and maintenance areas
• assign and track maintenance work
• identify repair and supply needs
• coordinate contracts and contractors
• resolve maintenance issues
• respond to service work orders
• oversee seasonal maintenance
• supervise and train maintenance or janitorial personnel where applicable
• perform preventive maintenance and building-system inspections
• maintain site appearance.
